Rent Guidelines Board Order #56 goes into effect today. The RGBO applies to renewal leases

for rent-stabilized apartments, beginning anytime on or after Oct. 1, 2024, through Sept.

30, 2025. You can take 2.75% on a one-year lease and a 5.25% percent increase for two-year

leases.
