Rent Guidelines Board Order #54 goes into effect today. The RGBO applies to renewal leases
for rent-stabilized apartments, beginning anytime on or after Oct. 1, 2022, through Sept. 30,
2023. You can take 3.25 percent on a one-year lease and 5 percent for two-year leases.
