RGBO #55 goes into effect.

Rent Guidelines Board Order #55 goes into effect today. The RGBO applies to renewal leases

for rent-stabilized apartments, beginning anytime on or after Oct. 1, 2023, through Sept. 30,

2024. You can take 3% on a one-year lease and 2.75% in year one and a 3.2%

increase in year two for two-year leases.
