The second filing period in 2020 for filing the J-51 tax abatement applications with HPD begins today. Applications can be filed during this period up to and including June 15, 2020.

*  In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, HPD has authorized alternative means of application submission and fee payment. The information is detailed at www1.nyc.gov/site/hpd/ services-and-information/tax-incentives.page.
