Today is the last day to pay the quarterly or last semiannual installment of 2012–13 taxes to the city’s Dept. of Finance (DOF). If mailed, your payment must be postmarked no later than Jan. 2, 2013. If your payment is hand-delivered, you must bring it to the DOF’s office before Jan. 1, 2013.
