Today is the last day to mail the “Petition by Owner for High-Income Rent Deregulation 2013 Filing Period” form to the DHCR to deregulate an apartment renting for $2,500 or more when the annual income of the occupants was over $200,000 for the past two calendar years. Your envelope must be postmarked no later than June 29, or if hand-delivered, do so by the close of business on June 28.
